    therapy is good for the mind and soul. The problem regarding negative reactions to therapy is that we wait until we are “broken” to go. The fact of the matter i feel (learned the hardway) is that we should go when things are good for our own personal mental health.. Therapy not only gives a different perspective, it can also teach you to look at the world differently, speak to people differntly and cope better with the curve balls that life throws to us and we are forever chasing to catch rather than let the ball drop near us.
