Well, since it was me who passed the idea on to Dulcie, I’m going to try this. I’m curious about whether giving answers makes us feel more like we have answers to give….

I agree with everything Dulcie wrote. 🙂

And I also want to say that getting out of the soup gets easier if there’s some other soup you can be making or getting in or sipping. This affair isn’t the best thing that’s ever happened or ever will happen in your life, for sure.
You’re lonely. Lonely makes us crazy. Makes us smoke and drink and get in bed with people we’re trying not to get in bed with.

As gently as you can with yourself, turn toward what is even better. Whatever that may be.

(and PS, I too am so curious to see what our little virtual community of readers wants to do with the chance to all chime in together, on things that matter.)

    • Oh, I like this.

First, I love that you agree with everything I wrote. You must be a very evolved being.

But second, I love what you added. To have something else that is pulling you towards it – something that you will truly feel good as a result of having in your life. This trains all of our little cells to look toward the light.

      Thank you, Nancy Coleman

anyone else want to weigh in?
